Mixed Media ATCs Tutorial with Sketchy Leaves

Hello friends!! Josi Tomàs  (@elbauldegiulietta) writes to you.

We continue in this beautiful season of incredible landscapes full of beautiful colored leaves. That’s why, today I’m sharing a new tutorial inspired by the nature of autumn, which is one of my favorite seasons.

I hope you like my new ATC

First I stamped a stamp whit white primer but yu can put gesso or simply texture paste. I have done this to highlight the background. I recommended that you immediately clean the stamp.

Secondly I have given color with pigments. I have used Lindy’s in three colors. Have you noticed how the texture I made earlier stands out?

The third step was to apply the “snow effect” texture paste with a stencil. I have put stars to give continuity to the work.

The last step of the background was to stamp a texture stamp with permanent ink, add drops of black paint and highlight the edge of the ATCs with black ink.

The final decoration this time was made with patterned paper in the same soft color as the ATC, an aged and frayed lace and patterned sheet on recycled paper.

The phrase you see belongs to one of the new stamps that Rubber Dance will release in the new year, Isn’t it incredible??

A secret: go over the lighter colors again. In this way they will be more colorful and cheeful 😉

I hope you like it. See you soon!! Hugs
