In the very first step I used a white washi tape to cover the space between the two pages. Next I added some pieces of a butterfly washi tape, that I have in my stash for a while.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To make the background even more intresting, I added some colour using watersoluble big pencils and on top added some structure paste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For the butterflies I prepared a piece of paper first, using some red and golden colour. After stamping the butterflies with a black ink pad and fuzzy cutting around them, I glued them on to the two art journal pages. <\/p>\n\n\n\n To finish the page of, I added to stripes of pinkish Washi Tape and added a handlettered Sentiment on top of them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Hopefully I could inspire you to create an art journal page, too?
