Hello arty friends,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

do you love mini books as much as I do? Any excuse to make a mini book for me!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m also very interested in wellbeing, mindfulness, self care etc, so I thought I would make a list of things I enjoy and can turn to when I need a bit of a pick me up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I made a very simple book from one piece of A4 card – it’s easy to find instructions for these on the internet.<\/p>\n\n\n

I stamped the list element from the Journal Notes set onto 6 pieces of card to fit the book pages and extended the boxes with some lines. I also stamped some of the flowers from the Crazy Flowers set onto some scrapbook paper, as well as stamping a quote. Then I cut everything out.<\/p>\n\n\n

I glued the page elements into the book, created the front cover and then arranged the flowers to look as if they are spilling out of the book. Once I was happy with the arrangement I glued everything down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally I started my list of treats.<\/p>\n\n\n
