Hi there, Susanne here! I have two other mixed media Icads to share with you today. I used Brushos on both of the cards to create the background and also the focal image. I added some stamping for more texture to both of them. On my second card I added some extra texture with paste and a piece of gauze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have linked up a YouTube video at the end of this post where I am sharing how I’ve done the focal images for these cards. On this one I used our new Mix A Sentiment 2023 stamp set for texture and also to build my title. I added a little tab to the right side for some extra interest. I am cutting these tabs from small left over paper pieces. They are so nice to use on all kinds of mixed media projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This card has not only a bunch of texture I also added some Nuvo Shimmer Powders in addition to the Brushos to give it more interest. The main image is done in the same way as on the first card. To make my title pop, I adhered a small collage piece under the words. The words, by the way, are embossed in white to black cardstock. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
