Mixed Media Card with Stencil Background & Mix It Up 7

Hello everyone.

It’s Sixela on the blog today. To make this card, I used the Rubber Dance Mix It Up 7 , Weed Love and Mix A Sentiment 2023 board stamps with the Ornament 1 stencil.

I made a Gelpress background by applying blue, black and ecru acrylic paint with a roller. Then I resized it to the dimensions 9.5 x 14.5 cm.
I then stamped several designs with black versafine ink from the Mix It Up 7 board.

I did some hot embossing: I stamped a foliage of the Weed Loveplate with Versamark ink, then I sprinkled with white embossing powder and I heated it with a heat gun so that the powder attached to the paper and swelled.
I applied gold acrylic paint using a brush and the Ornament 1 stencil.

I made black spots using a neocolors2, then I glued this background on white cardboard.
I stamped flowers from plate Mix It Up 7 with black Versafine ink on white cardboard, then cut them out with a tweezer.
