Mixed Media with Stencil Texture, Acrylic Inks and Collage Fodder

Hi there, Susanne here! I’m sharing a set of two mixed media icads using stencil texture combined with acrylic inks and collage fodder. I am creating a grungy background by combining bright colors with black ink and some stamping. To finish up the cards I use collage fodder made with our Sketchy Leaves stencils and some words from Mix A Sentiment and Mixed Sentiments 1.

Layered Mixed Media Index Card with Pencil Marks 4

Hi there, Susanne here! I have another mixed media Icad to share with you today. As the base I used a background that I’ve made with our Rainbows 1 stencil and Brushos. I covered a part of it loosely with acrylic paint. I love how the colorful background is showing through. For more texture I added some stamping, color splatters and collage before I placed my main images.

ATC with Textured Mushrooms and Collage Background

Hi there, Susanne here with some autumnal inspiration and our lovely Textured Mushrooms stamp set. I made this ATC using up some left over paper pieces and made a background collage.
