Index Card with Distress Ink Background and Pencil Marks 4

Hi there, Susanne here! I’m sharing some mixed media index cards today using a Distress Ink background combinded with flowers from our Pencil Marks 4 stamp set. I love putting flowers into vases. I didn’t want the flowers to have a straight stem, I wanted it to be bend to the sides for some images. Click continue for a quick process video on how I managed to do this.

Layered Mixed Media Index Card with Pencil Marks 4

Hi there, Susanne here! I have another mixed media Icad to share with you today. As the base I used a background that I’ve made with our Rainbows 1 stenicl and Brushos. I covered a part of it loosely with acrylic paint. I love how the colorful background is showing through. For more texture I added some stamping, color splatters, glitter and collage before I placed my main images.

Mixed Media Index Cards with a Brusho Background and our new Stencils

Hi there, Susanne here! I am participating in this years #icad2023 challenge over on instagram. Icad means index card and I am “decorating” one card each day in June and July. I cut my cards from either watercolor or mixed media paper. It’s holds a lot more supplies than a regular index card and I also don’t have index cards at home.
