I’ve been papercrafting for years now but can’t remember ever making a masterboard before, this one was A4 sized and I completed three projects and had some little bits left over which will come in handy for collage fodder. I was amazed that a single A4 masterboard could make a tag, a birthday card and a page for my art journal!

Hi there, Susanne here! I’d like to share a fun stamping technique today, which is a bit different than you would usually do your stamping. Instead of an ink pad I am using watercolor pencils to stamp the main image on my greeting card. Doing this gives me the opportunity to stamps in different colors and it also gives the image a more handpainted look.

This was my first time using the Merry Magpie stamp set, I have to say this bird is such fun to use and a great size and shape as looking at him moves the eye around the page and he’s so handsome just left as a black and white image surrounded by colour making him pop off the page.
