Birthday Card with Gelli Paper Collage & Carved Collection

Hi there, Susanne here with a card making project using some of my gelli papers I shared in one of my recent videos, combined with the cute bird from Carved Collection 6 and a greeting from Kartengrüße.

I love making my own papers for cardmaking, scrapbooking or other papercrafts! In one of my past posts I shared a fun video on how to make bright and colourful gelli papers for collage using our Sketchy Leaves 7 stencil. On today’s card I used some pieces of them. You will find the video for the prints at the end of the post.

To finish the card I adhered the gelli papers to some Canson Mix Media paper. I cut this with a frame die to match my card base. The birds are embossed with glitter embossing powder. YOu will find them on the Carved Collection 6 stamp set. Once cut out, I adhered them with foam tape to the cards. The sentiment is from our Kartengrüße stamp set.
