Birthday Card with Distress Background and Carved Collection 6

Hi there, Susanne here sharing a Birthday card with the Distress Ink backgrounds, I shared last Wednesday, a stamp from our Carved Collection 6 stamp set and a greeting from Kartengrüße.

For the background of this card I used one of the design papers I created in my latest YouTube tutorial with Distress Inks, Oxides and our Mini Textures stencil. I linked the video again at the end of this post!
Here is a photo of the background paper I picked.

I cut it with frame die to create a deckle edge and I mounted it to a card base. I stamped the flower with worn lipstick and embossed it immediately with some pink glitter embossing powder. I cut it out and adhered it to the card using 3d foam dots.
For the sentiment I used words from Kartengrüße. I stamped them with Worn Lipstick to a banner.
