Watercolor Card with Sketchy Flowers
Hi there! It’s Saturday again and time for a creative project from our archive, that we adore. It’s a simple watercolor greeting card with our lovely Sketchy Flowers 1 stamp set.
The embossing resist technique is a super easy and beautiful way to use stamps together with watercolors or water-soluble inks. On this card I embossed the stamp with white powder to watercolor cardstock. I then loosely added colour. I love the bleeding from the the red rose into the background. I added some darker splatters for more interest.
