Mixed Media Index Cards with Sketchy Leaves

Hi there, Susanne here! I am participating in this years #icad2023 challenge over on instagram. Icad means index card and I am “decorating” one card each day in June and July. For today’s cards I am using botanical collage fodder made with our Sketchy Leaves stamps.

I cut my cards from either watercolor or mixed media paper. It’s holds a lot more supplies than a regular index card and I also don’t have index cards at home. For today’s cards I played with watercolors one one and fluid acrylics on the other to create the background. I added some stamping for more texture and interest. For the focal point I adhered images from Sketchy Leaves together with some collage scraps.
