Mini Mixed Media Art Journal Collage with Sketchy Leaves

Hi there, Susanne here! I’m sharing a mixed media collage in my mini art journal using left over papers and one of our Sketchy Leaves. The clear version of this set is already sold out, but it’s still available as a rubber sheet. I really love to create pages in this small journal, as they don’t take too much time and allow me a creative break even during busy times.

After I had adhered all the collage papers, I stamped the stitching border from Mixed Media Marks 1 with black ink to the right side of my spread. I really love the sewn look combined with mixed media. The leave is embossed in white to a watercolor background. I cut it out and adhered it as a focal image.
