Mixed media card tutorial with Textured XMas trees 2 and Xmas Trees Stencil

Hey there, its Evi on the Blog today with a tutorial for a mixed media card with a gelliplate background with XMas Trees stencil and Textured XMas Trees 2 stamps.

For the background, I used the XMas Trees from the stencil set and made two different impressions of them with the Gelliplate, so that it looked like a forest. Then I stamped the Textured XMas Trees 2 onto the paper on which i had previously unrolled the brayer. I put embossing powder in black on top and heat embossed them and cut them out.

I then decorated the background with various stamps from the Mix it up 5 set. I added a few splashes of white and black and stamped on a few stars before sticking on the trees with 3D pads.
