POST CARD with Pencil Marks

Hi you all, Ellie here!
Creating gelatine prints is one of the most delightful experiences in making art, as far as I am concerned.
Using waste materials as styrofoam packaging materials for making marks in the paint, is a bonus. This background was printed onto tissue paper with a 10 centimeters round gelatine plate. It had some build up of paints on the edge, and I was happy with the dark grungy border it created.

The foliage on the left was fussycut and adhered to the collage, the other one was stamped directly onto the card.
I hope you got inspired, and join in the ‘creating fun’ with us.
Ellie Knol.
