Easy Art Journaling with Brushos & Pencil Marks 8

Hi there, Susanne here sharing a quick and easy art journal page using our Organic 4 stencil with Brushos and an image from Pencil Marks 8. Scroll down for a process video.

For this spread I was working in my mini watercolor journal. I spritzed some water through our Organic 4 stencil onto the background and sprinkled Brushos (Black and Sandstone) over the top immediately. This gave me a wonderful and interesting texture. Once that was dry I added some texture by stamping the numbers from Mix It Up 7 in dark blue and orange – to match the Brushos I used.
My focal image is one of the leaves from Pencil Marks 8, which was stamped to a gelli print. I adhered a title with words from Mix A Sentiment.
