Easy Art Journal Page with Brushos & Sketchy Leaves 7

Hi there, Susanne here sharing a super easy art journal page using Brushos together with our Sketchy Leaves 7 stencil. I also use some stamps from Mix It Up 5 and Butterflies and Moths.

To start my spread I used our Sketchy Leaves 7 stencil together with water and then added Brusho pigment powders. I moved the pigments around and created a background that I liked. Once that was dry I added more stenciling with the same stencil using black acrylic paint with a make-up sponge. I am very careful not to overload the sponge with paint, so the image stays clean.
I let that dry again before I go in with some background stamping using images from Mix It Up 5.
To finish the spread I adhere a butterfly from Butterflies and Moths, that I had embossed in white onto vellum paper. The sentiment is from our Collage Leaves 3 stamp set.
