Art Journal Tutorial with Carved Collection 6

Hello everyone.
It’s Sixela on the blog today with a step by step art journaling tutorial. To make this page I used the Rubber Dance Carved Collection 6, Weed Love 2025 and Mix A Sentiment stamps with the Stacked Ovals stencils.

To make this page I started by applying different colors of acrylic paints with my fingers. I then used a small make-up sponge and the Stacked Ovals stencil to apply a bit of turquoise green Liquitex acrylic paint. I make sure not to overload the sponge, so the acrylic paint doesn’t run under the stencil.

Once dry, I stamped the flowers from Weed Love 2025 with black VersaFine Clair ink and made splashes with white and turquoise Posca markers.

I stamped the bird from Carved Collection 6 with Distress Oxide “broken china” and made the sentiment “Deaming is an art” with the words from Mix A Sentiment on white bristol paper. And finally I glued them.
