DIY Collage Fodder Folder from a Gel Print

Hi there, Susanne here with a fun idea on how to store or gift your handmade collage fodder! I am making a little pocket folder with one of my gelli prints. If you don’t have a gel print you can, of course, use any kind of design paper or even a blank piece of card stock. Scroll down for a process video.

I cut my folder with a frame die and my Sizzix Big Shot. You don’t need a die cutting machine! You can cut the paper with a paper cutter. I like the decorative stitching border the frame die gives the paper. When you use a frame die make sure to leave the folded side of your paper inside the die, so it doesn’t get cut! I demo this in the video:

Enjoy watching the video:

I’m decorating the front of the folder with the ticket stamp from Mixed Media Marks 1 and a few collage bits and some stamps from Mix It Up 1.

I hope I could inspire you a little bit, thanks for stopping by today!

xx Susanne
