DIY Key Chain Tutorial

Hi there, Sara here with a super fun DIY tutorial for a key chain using round wood shapes and stamps from Mixed Media Marks 1 and Pencil Marks 7. It’s a super cool project for a birthday party and also a nice gift!

Here is how I made these:
I started with some wood rounds with a hole. I painted the background with pink and green acrylic gouache. Of course you could also use acrylic paint instead!

I used a different stamp on each piece from the Mixed Media Marks 1 stamp set, with different embossing powders. I am using Distress Embossing Ink, any Embossing Ink will work.

If you like to, you can embellish the elements with some collage fodder. I paint some hearts with watercolor, and stamped some circles and watercolors. I also stamped the word ART and used some Sari ribbon to decorate the key chains.

With all these elements I create diferent designs of wood keyring
