Mixed Media Tag Trio with Derwent Inktense and Pencil Marks 4

Hi there, Susanne here with a mixed media tag inspiration using Derwent Inktense pencils for the background and flower stamps from our Pencil Marks 4 stamp set.

I used Canson XL watercolor paper and cut three tags with a die and my Sizzix Big Shot. I applied the Derwent Inktense pencils dry and then mixed them with water and a brush.
Once this was dry I added some background stamping with different images from Mix It Up 1, Mix It Up 2 and Pencil Marks 4. Next I did some gold embossing with the dot pattern from Pencil Marks 5 and I also drew a dot pattern with a white Posca paint pen.

On the center tag I added two bits of collage paper to the background. My focal images, the flowers are stamped to a gelli print. I cut them out and adhered them to the tags.
