Messy Tags with Collage, Inks & Markmaking

Hi there, Susanne here sharing two layered mixed media tags! I had a messy play with inks, collage and different mark making. I am using a focal images from our Collage Leaves 3 stamp set.

I started the tags by adhering different collage papers with gel medium to the pages. The papers are all handmade and contain gelli printed rice paper, painted tissue paper and newsprint paper. I use acrylic and drawing inks to add colour and some background stamps from Mix It Up 4 to bring in more interest. I added some highlights with a white gouache stick.

As focal images I used a stamps from our Collage Leaves 3 set. They are embossed in white on a gelli print.
