Tissue Paper Backgrounds with A to Z stamp set

Lindsey (doodlings_cards) with a mixed media tutorial for pigment coloured and stamped tissue paper backgrounds using the recently released A to Z stamp set.

I used white tissue paper, crumpled it up and spritzed it with water.
Then I sprinkled on Lindy’s Magicals (you could use any pigment powders eg. Brushos), crumpled up the tissue paper again and dried it with a heat gun.

Once dry, I used co-ordinating colours to stamp images from the new A to Z stamp set.

I added more interest with metallic stamped images on top.

The crumpled tissue paper sheets were adhered onto white card using a glue stick and then die cut out – instant backgrounds ready for some collage fodder for a quick and easy card😊
