Meet Laura

Hi! I’m Laura, I’m 33 and from the UK and I am so excited to be here! I live in a small city with my husband and cat and I work part time as an Office Manager for a care agency.

I really started crafting during lockdown and have been hooked ever since. I love a variety of crafting techniques from fun fold cards to mixed media creations. I love playing with a mixture of art mediums and creating fun effects and experimenting.

I’m so excited to be a part of this super talented design team and I really hope my projects provide you with lots of crafty inspiration.

Hi I’m Lindsey. I’ve always had a creative streak & have been hooked on papercrafting for many years! My original CAS style has evolved & become eclectic over the years as I’ve amassed new media & experimented with different techniques. Nowadays I love to include stitching & gelli prints in my work. I’m also partial to a spot of bling! I’m delighted to have been asked to join the Rubber Dance DT and I hope my projects inspire you to go & get inky & have a play. After all, that’s what it’s all about, isn’t it?!

Lindsey and Laura will be officially starting next month but they have agreed to join us today and share some inspiration with us for the September Moodboard.

The September moodboard is full of lovely autumn colours and crisp vibes!! The team uses this for their inspiration projects, and if you need a little help to get your creativity moving this might be just the thing. You can be inspired by anything on the moodboard; one or more colours, things, shapes, memories it inspires, things it makes you feel, etc. etc.. It’s basically anything goes, but in case you need a little help to get started Dunja has put together this awesome inspiration for you.
