Nautical Greeting Card with Gelli Plate Background

Hey everyone! It’s Laura on the blog today and I have a card to share with you using a gel printed background yet still creating a clean and simple look. I am playing with the AHOY stamp set. Let me show you how!

I have created a gel printed background using blue and teal acrylic paint. I created texture using the Ornament stencil. You can see a full process reel of this on my Instagram account @meerkatmakesbyl

I then stamped the boat and Ahoy sentiment from the AHOY stamp set with some VersaFine Clair Twilight ink which is a nice deep navy blue. I kept the stamping simple for a clean look.
