Vintage Greeting Card with Weed Love & Butterflies

Hi there, Susanne here with a vintage greeting card using one of the vintage design papers I shared some time ago in this post. On this card I used stamps from Weed Love 2025, Hydrangea and Butterflies & Moths.

I love using my own papers for cardmaking, scrapbooking or other papercrafts instead of using bought ones from the craft store! On today’s art journal page I used a vintage paper that I shared a few weeks ago on my YouTube channel and here on the blog. I am going to link the tutorial again at the end of this post. I picked this background:

I cut the paper a bit smaller than my card base, which measured 15 x 15 cm and adhered it with a glue stick. To decorate the card I embossed some of the Butterflies & Moths images in white to vellum. This gives them a very elegant look. I cut them out and arranged them on my spread. To finish it up I stamped a sentiment from our Hydrangea set.
