Colourful Cards with Gel Print & Carved Collection

Hi there, Susanne here with a card making project using two of the gelli backgrounds I shared in my last video combined with images from Carved Collection 6 and embossing powder.

I love making my own papers for cardmaking, scrapbooking or other papercrafts! In my last post I shared a fun video on how to turn gelli prints into gorgeous and unique design papers for your crafty projects. On today’s cards I used two of them. You will find the videos for the background and the gel print I’ve used at the end of the post.

To finish the cards I adhered the backgrounds to a card base. My focal images are the two flowers that come with the Carved Collection 6 stamp set. I stamped them with Distress Oxides and added glitter embossing powder. Once cut out, I adhered them with foam tape to the cards. The sentiment is from our Sketchy Flowers 1 set stamped to a piece of white cards and cut with some dies.
