Bright Greeting Cards using Gelli Prints and Carved Collection 6

Hi there, Susanne here sharing some bright greeting cards using layered gelli prints (tutorial is linked in the post) together with images from our Carved Collection 6 stamp set.
For the backgrounds of these cards I used a fun technique I discovered a while ago using Distress Inks together with “normal” gelli printing. I start by smooshing Distress Inks onto the paper, let the dry and then print over it with transparent acrylics. To create interest on the print I used the leaves stamps from Carved Collection 6 to remove the acrylics from the plate. I share how this technique works in this video (using a different stamp set):
Hier ist die deutsche Version vom Video: https://youtu.be/R_59pkSsouQ
I cut the printed papers with a frame die, mounted it to a card base and added a focal image and a greeting. The focal images are the flowers from Carved Collection 6 . I used them together with glitter embossing powder.

The greeting is from different older stamp sets. If you’d like to add a german greeting check out our brand new Kartengrüße stamp set!

I hope you like the cards! Thanks for stopping by today! xx Susanne
