Greeting Cards with Gelli Print Collage

Hi there, Susanne here again. I am sharing two greeting cards today with a collage background made with gelli prints. I love gelli printing and I have way too many prints laying around! How about you? Do you also have too many prints? Here is a nice way on how to use them! Scroll down for two process videos.

I started by adhering different pieces of gelli prints to my cardbases with a glue stick. I then used matching colors to stamp some marks onto the backgrounds. If you like you can add some white paint splatters on top. For the focal images I used I used a bird from Sketchy Birds 1 on one card and the big one of the Butterfly Trio on the other. The butterfly is embossed with pink powder. I colored the bird in with waterbased markers.

Here are two video tutorials on how I made the cards:

I hope you like my cards!
