Greeting Cards with Gelli Print Collage

Hi there, Susanne here! I am sharing two greeting cards today with a collage background made from gelli prints. I love gelli printing and I have way too many prints laying around! How about you? Do you also have too many prints? Here is a nice way on how to use them! Scroll down for a process video.

I started by adhering different pieces of gelli prints to my cardbases with a glue stick. I then used matching colors to stamp some marks onto the backgrounds. If you like you can add some white paint splatters on top. For the focal images I used I used a ladybug from Thing with Wings on one card and the one of the Textured Birds on the other. Unfortunately these Textured Birds are no longer availabler in a clear version. They are still available as a rubber plate. But we have a follow up clear stamp set, the Textured Birds 2!
