Gelli Printing with Stamps – Backgrounds & Collage Fodder

Hi there, Susanne here with a fun tutorial on how to create your own design papers and collage fodder elements on the gel plate using our Carved Collection 6 stamp set and our Sketchy Leaves 6 stencil.

I love making my own papers for cardmaking, scrapbooking or other papercrafts! They are unique and I can use the colours I love the most. Today I am making some background papers and also a few collage elements!

These are all the prints I’ve done!

For the collage fodder I used our Sketchy Leaves 6 masks. I covered the whole plate with black paint, placed the stencils on top and made the print on a pink gelli print from before. Once dry I cut the images out. I leave a black outline, so they stand out more!
