Inky Mixed Media Tag with Collage Leaves

Hi there, Susanne here sharing an inky mixed media tag with a focal image form our Collage Leaves 2 stamp set. For the background I used some lovely Inks, stamps from Mix It Up 4 and Stitching Borders and handmade Washi Tape.

The tag is cut from Canson XL watercolor paper. I made a loose inky background with some lovely inks from Ferris Wheel Press. You can use any other ink, or watercolors instead. To bring in more interest and texture I did some stamping with images from Mix It Up 4 and Collage Leaves 3. I adhered some handmade washi tape (Video is available for my YouTube Mixed Media Play members) and made some marks with an orange Neocolor II crayon. To finish the tag I adhered the focal image, which is a leaf from Collage Leaves 2 stamped onto a gelli print, and stamped a few of the Stitching Borders.
