Let’s come to the more happy NEWs! We have five brand new design team members! Please give them a warm welcome!!!

My name is Sara Ferret, and I’m from Vilafranca del Penedès, it is a town near Barcelona, in Spain. Where I live is all sorrounded by vinyards.
I’m mother of two kids. Martí is 16 and Paula is 13.
I started scrapbooking in 2009. But after a while, I started doing Mixedmedia and I felt totally in love. I like using my hands to paint without rules, I like the freedom of mixedmedia art.

My name is Åshild Halvorsen, I am 50 years old and I live in Fyresdal in Telemark, Norway. Papercrafting and mixed media is my main hobby, primarily because I just love it. It makes me feel good to create, whether it’s on good days or less good days. Disappearing into a creative flow is always top-notch medicine. I’ve also had scrapbooking as a job for 15 years, as the owner and editor of the Norwegian papercrafting magazine “Ett trykk”.

I have had this hobby since 2003, and I have been testing out most of the styles and techniques. I often make cards, but also art journals and collages/art pieces. I call myself a “Mixed media artist” – it gives me a lot of freedom in both technique choices, material use and styles. I love to experiment, because it’s a playful approach to art – and play is my strongest creative force.

I’m so excited to be part of the Rubber Dance design team and will do my very best to inspire you all.

Hi everyone! My name is Peley Renata and I have been doing mixed media for almost a decade now. Generally, I would describe myself as an introvert and I feel that my art is the best way to express myself and sometimes escape to my own happy little world. My style can be hard to define as I am passionate about exploring and trying out new products, mediums, techniques and I tend to express my current mood through my projects. And now with all this in mind, I really hope I will manage to share with you as much of the knowledge I gathered over the years about mixed media as I can and inspire you to create using the amazing products from the Rubber Dance Collection.

My name is Sanna and I love all things crafty. I have a soft spot for crafting in general, but my main interest lies in paper crafting. I have a passion towards mixed media, stamps, stencils and color. I create cards, off the page projects, art journals, tags, ATC´s and whatever currently interests me.

Hi, Selene here!

I’m from Italy and I’m super thrilled to be part of this design team!
I’m a person made up of opposites: I studied as an archeologist, but I work in marketing. I work with technologies, but I adore classic books and the Victorian era. I wear black clothes, but I use plenty of colours in my creations.
I remember I had a super cluttered desk as a child and I’m super proud of my messy one as an adult.
Can’t recall why exactly I left creativity behind for a few years. Despite that, not long ago, I felt I had to craft the b-day tag for my grandma and I stumbled into stamps and dies: never stopped ever since!
I’m now super committed to learning new techniques and improving what I already can do and I spend most of my spare time in my crafting room.
Can’t wait to share my projects with you!

Sele ^_^

You will find the complete team over on our Design Team Page!

Thanks for stopping by today! I can’t wait to see the creations of all our members throughout the next months! xx Susanne
