Abstract Collage with handmade Papers and Sketchy Leaves

Hi there, Susanne here with an abstract mixed media art piece using some of my handmade collage papers combined with a botanical stamp from Sketchy Leaves. I started this spread with an old book page that was painted with acrylic paints in green shades. I adhered it to watercolor paper with gel medium.

I applied a pieces of turquoise gelli printed rice paper on top. After everything was dry I picked a simple focal image which I have done by stamping one of the botanical images of the Sketchy Leaves stamps set with white acrylic paint to a paynes grey painted paper. To finish it up I did some mark making with a dark red Neocolor.
