Art Journal Page with Stencil Background and Pencil Marks 6

Hello crafty friends, today it’s me to keep you company with this new mixed media page in my art journal. I used the Rainbows 1 stencil from the new collection to create the background using spray inks, and believe me: it was not easy to choose it because all of the new stencils are really beautiful! I love stencils madly!!!

For the background, I used embossing ink with clear powder. I sprayed with two Distress Stain sprays. The embossed stencil pattern will resist the inks and create a gorgeous background. To add more interest I stamped some elements from Pencil Marks 6 with black ink.

I chose the daisy from Pencil Marks 6 and a phrase from Mixed Sentiments as the focal point of the spread, and here is my finished page, I hope you like it.
