Art Journaling with Inky Friends

Hello, Samantha here today and I would like to share with you a page ready for my art journal, as you can see there is no journaling yet but I love how the flowers and bee are the stars of the page.

It was a lovely page to create and I was inspired by one of the recent beautiful, sunny days and signs of spring that is on the way. I created the background using distress inks and stamps from Pencil Marks 3 and 6. The flowers, also from Pencil Marks 6 and bee from Inky Friends were stamped on white card and coloured before being cut and adhered in place.

To finish the page, I added some inky splats of black and iridescent sparkle and some delicate glitter on the wings of the bee.
