On the Bright Side – Greeting Card with Pencil Marks 3

Hello, Samantha here today and I’m sharing a card that could be used for lots of different occasions just by changing the sentiment. I started by cutting a piece of white card slightly smaller than my card blank which is 5 inches by 5 inches. I painted some black gesso and splashed some white paint. I stamped the rainbow, clouds and sentiment on white card and coloured the rainbow and clouds using watercolours. When cut and adhered in place I added finishing touches of glitter, star sequins and enamel accents.

AHOY! – Greeting Card Tutorial

Hello, Samantha with you today. I can’t believe it is already May, time to start thinking about and going on our holidays. I remember as a child posting postcards to friends and family – does anyone still do that with all the modern technology we have now? Postcards are a wonderful size to work on being approximately 4 inches by 6 inches. So with all these thoughts of holidays and getting away to the seaside I made a postcard using two wonderful stamp sets, Ahoy! and the new Mixed Sentiments 1.
