Merry Christmas – Winter Art Journal Page

Hi there, Susanne here with a wintery mixed media spread from my art journal! I worked in my watercolor journal from Kunst & Papier with Collage, Embossing and Watercolors. I combined stamps from our Coming Home and Celestial set to create this Christmas night scene.

For the background of this page I made a collage with different design papers. Mainly neutral ones with some text on them. I then blended them together with some gesso. After this was completely dry I embossed the star stamp from the Celestial set with white glitter powder. I created the scene by stamping all the images directly to the page. To build kind of a street I used the stitching border stamps from Mixed Media Marks 1. I used watercolour to colour in the whole spread.
