Home Decor with Inky Friends

Hello, Samantha here today and I’m sharing a cute, mini home decor project. Because it’s small it was a quick project and is perfect for gifts.

The base for my mini hanging is five mini lolly sticks, I painted them with white gesso and coloured using watercolour paints. I used texture paste through part of stencil from my stash to create the flowers, which are silver. I stamped one of the butterflies from the Inky Friends stamp set on to white card and coloured using watercolours, the antenna are made of this black wire and adhered to the back of the butterfly. I used my crop-a-dile to make the holes for the string to hang. Finishing touches are text which are from Mix a Sentiment 1 and 2 stamps and some glitter on the wings.
