Mixed media tag with Pencil Marks #4

Hello, Szilvi here.
We’ve reached December, when most crafters are in a creative fever. Me too!
My first inspiration for this month is a mixed media tag with a flower stamp from Pencil Marks 4 and the Small Ink Dots stencil. You can turn this one very easily into a festive tag. You can make it in postcard form, and in no time you’ll have a showy piece in your hand to send to others, or it’ll make a great gift companion.

Paint over different coloured stripes with acrylic paint (use your favourite festive colours), add a yummi contrast, which in my case is black, but gold gives it a really elegant feel! Use a stencil around the edges, then use embossing powder to highlight a small pattern.
Then place a festive figurine in the centre (like one of the Rubberdance Textured Xmas Trees set) and voila, you have your festive card.
