Tag IN LOVE – Mixed Media Tag with Doodle Flowers

Hello craftlovers, this way Grace speaking!

We start the month of love doing what we like the most… creating, this time I bring you a little tutorial to inspire your projects for the February #rubberdancemoodboard .

We are going to make a simple Tag using recycled paper from a gift they gave me at Christmas and my favorite pigments, acrylic paints to give it life…. let’s see how it goes with this challenge!!

We glue pieces of paper on the tag and with pink acrylic paint we cover the remaining spaces.

Playing with mini Rubber Dance stamps of hearts and stars we make small details in hot embossing to give more texture to the background.

To continue creating a fun background, I helped myself with more stamps and acrylic paints in shades proposed within the moodboard and as you can see it looks great in contrast to the paper.

We are going to make some flowers in my style… with a lot of acrylic paints.
We paint a piece of paper with brown acrylic paint and some pink or red details to make a contrast. note: the crazier this paper is, the more beautiful our flower will be.

Then we stamp the flowers on the paper and cut to decorate the tag.
For this Tag in love there are no rules, enjoy creating a composition that you like and adding a feeling, in my case I used the word LOVE.

I hope you like my version of February’s #rubberdancemoodboard.

Remember that to join the #rubberdancemoodboard, upload your project to Instagram and tag @rubberdance in your post.

Happy mood board!!
