Christmas Gift Tags with Stars and Xmas Trees 2

Hey there, it’s Evi on the Blog today and this time I designed two Christmas tags using the Stars and Xmas Trees 2 stencils.

First, I placed the Xmas Trees 2stencil on cardstock and painted the tree with distress oxide colors. Then I applied crackle paste and let it dry thoroughly. After that, I cut out the trees.

For the background, I used the Stars stencil and first experimented with different colored powders. Then I placed the stencil on the colored background, coated it with tacky when dry paste, and then used copper-colored foil to create the stars.

I added accents with black stamp impressions and scattered black splashes. Finally, I stamped the text from the Kartengrüße set onto cardstock and glued it on.

These creative tags were finished in no time. I hope you have fun getting creative!
