Mixed Media Card with Mix It Up 2

Hello dear friends, I am very happy to be on the blog today with this brightly colored and vibrant card with the Mix It Up 2 stamp set. I am using Dylusions spray to create a vibrant and powerful background.

To create the background I used two shades of spray colors, purple and fuchsia, and the blower, to create this particular effect.

I then cut out a heart on white cardstock and printed the sentiments. I sewed the heart onto the base and with zig zags decorated the edges of the card. If you don’t have a sewing machine you will find some stitching borders on our Mixed Media Borders and Mixed Media Marks stamp sets.

I added a Die Cut in the shape of a postage stamp and glued black thread for decoration.
I really like the end result, I love the look of sewing on paper, I hope you like it too!
