Greeting Card with Stencil Background using Brushos

Hi there, Susanne here sharing a greeting card with a stencil background using Brusho pigment powders with our Ornament 1 stencil together with a stamp from Carved Collection 6 and a greeting from Kartengrüße.

For the background of this card I used our Ornament 1 stencil together with watercolor pigment powders. I used Brushos, but Lindy’s Magicals or Colourbursts will do the same job!
I spayed water through the stencil onto a piece of mixed media paper, immediately removed the stencil and added the powders in pink and blue. I let that dry completely before I removed the excess of the powder!

My focal image is stamped with one of the flowers from Carved Collection 6. I embossed it with a Distress Ink powder in a blue shade (can’t remember if it was Weathered Wood or Faded Jeans).
For the sentiment I used a stamp from Kartengrüße.
