Birthday Card with Inky Background and Carved Collection 6

Hi there, Susanne here sharing a Birthday card with an inky background and stamps from our Mix It Up 4 , Carved Collection 6 and Kartengrüße stamp sets.

For the background of this card I used some lovely inks from Ferris Wheel Press together with the gelli plate. Once dry I added some background stamping using Memento Inks in matching colours. I picked the spiral and the text stamp from Mix It Up 4. I used a frame die to cut the background and mounted it to a card base using foam tape.
My focal image is a flower from our Carved Collection 6 stamp set. I embossed it with some pinkish glitter powder. I cut it out and adhered it to the card using 3d foam dots.
For the sentiment I used words from Kartengrüße.
