Clean and Simple Greeting Cards with Sketchy Leaves

Hi from Åshild! How are you all doing? Ready for a new season? I hope you all have had beautiful summer months. Today I am sharing a set of clean and simple greeting cards with the Sketchy Leaves stamps. The clear version of this stamp set is almost sold out! But there is still an unmounted rubber sheet available!

Here in Norway the autumn is on it’s way, and all the changes in the nature and all the stuff that is going on in the world right now kind of overwhelmes me. And some days all the mixed media tons of options may feel too overwhelming too and create a creative block. I’ve had that feeling for some weeks now. Luckily I have a strategy that use to help me – I simply go to the opposite end of the scale: the CAS style (C=clean A=and S=simple). I decide to limit my color palett, my use of stuff and techniques and instead embrace white space. The stamps and stencils of Rubber Dance are sooooo perfect for playful mixed media – for layers upon layers, different techniques and embellishment. But they are just as perfect for the CAS style.
