Mixed Media Card with Doodle Flowers – Moodboard Inspiration

Hello mixmedia lovers.

Here Grace with another inspiration for the challenge Moodboard March.

This month I loved the colors of the moodboard so today I bring you a very fun idea to make a card and even an album cover or artjournal page

The first thing is to take 3 watercolor or mixedmedia papers; one to make the background, another to make the window and the other to stamp the flowers.

As this project is inspired by the window and the flowers of the moodboard we are going to make a window and we are going to stamp many flowers to simulate the flower garden of the moddboard

I did this project using only watercolors, for a change since I’m more into using acrylic paints. The bottom stamp some flowers and paint green with different shades of green.

Then I had fun decorating the window, I tried to make a wooden style using watercolors and I really think it turned out well… What do you say?

Finally, we paste the window with volume and then place the flowers that we previously cut.
I really like creating dimensions in projects, I think they look very attractive when they have volume and movement.

The most important thing about this project is the volume, it gives a very fun feeling of nature.

I hope you like this idea inspired by our moddboard of the month of March.
