Rainbow Art Journal Page with Inky Friends

Hi friends!

Here it’s Lisa today and I’m happy to show you my new art journal inspiration playing with the Inky Friends stamps and Distress Oxides!

For the first step I cutted a piece of watercolor paper. Then I used Mix It Up #2 stamps with white embossing powder to create some marks.
I took my favorite watercolors and I used blue, yellow and pink to get a soft background like a gradient rainbow.

I stamped some marks from Mix It Up #2 stamps and black archival ink.

I used Inky Friends stamps and I chose some butterflies to stamp on a white watercolor paper, then I colored them with some Distress Oxide inks.

I chose a sentiment from Mixed Sentiment #1 that I glued on the butterflies. Finally I made some splatters with white liquid paint.
