Mixed Media Mini Tags with Textured Mushrooms

Hi there, Susanne here today sharing a cute set of mixed media mini tags using our Textured Mushrooms 2 stamp set on a messy background together with some die cut branches.

I had these decorated mini tags already in my stash for quite a while. There is a video tutorial on how I make these kinds of tags linked at the end of the post. It was the same with the Mushrooms, I preapared those in one of my last art journaling tutorials and had a lot of them left, especially the smaller ones. So I decided to use those together with the tags. For some more depth and interest I combined them with some die cut branches. I used some older gelli prints to cut them from.

The mushrooms are stamped with Versafine Clair ink, embossed with clear powder and then colored in with Brusho watercolor pigments. That’s quite a fun process and allows to color in many images at once.
