Greeting Card with Stencil Backgound and Doodle Flowers

Hey, it’s Evi on the blog again with a slightly fancier autumn card for which I used the Organic 3 stencil and the Doodle Flower 2 stamp set together with metallic embossing powder.

This card was really easy to make, but still looks very chic. I started by designing the small squares. I chose the stencil Organic 3 and wiped over it with a brush in three shades of Distress Oxides in autumn colours. I then sprayed on sprinkles in white and gold.
I then chose three stamps from the Doodle Flower 2 stamp set and stamped one stamp on each square with an embossing ink. I heat embossed the print with a bronze-coloured embossing powder.

I sewed around the edge of the white cardstock with the sewing machine and then glued on the squares. At the end I stuck on the text sticker and the card was finished.
I hope you like this simple card idea. Have fun making it.
